Hi!
My name is Soňa Juríková and I am a graphic designer and illustrator based in Prague. I focus on visual communication, books, visual identities, print and illustration both for kids and adults.
In the illustration, I like to use bright colours balanced with nice and calm typography.
I graduated my master degree from graphic design on Academy of fine art and design in Bratislava, department of Visual communication. During my studies, I was working in graphic Studio Breisky and freelanced.
Many of my projects were awarded design prizes which I am very proud and thankful.
I won the special prize of the jury on Belma Award 2020 with my book Letter soup, Czemoji - Czech emoticons are nominated for Slovak design award 2020, and for my bachelor project Spelling book, I won many awards such as The Most beautiful book of Czech Republic (2.place), Student Design Award, etc.
